New set-up for the common path

  • In order to use the combined know-how in an even more targeted manner for customers after the merger with REWE Group, Lekkerland is reorganising part of the first management level
  • Jürgen Stolz will in future head the new strategic division Business Transformation
  • Philipp Pauly will be responsible for the cooperation with all filling station customers and Stefan Punke for the areas of National Sales and Organised Foodservice

In January of last year, Lekkerland and REWE Group joined forces and began their joint journey. Since then, they have been gradually combining the know-how of REWE Group in the areas of goods and category management with the logistical performance capability and convenience expertise of Lekkerland. Now another step follows: At the beginning of the year, Lekkerland will reorganise itself in order to use the combined know-how even more specifically for the benefit of its customers.

New strategic division Business Transformation
Specifically, Lekkerland is creating the new strategic division Business Transformation, which will be responsible, among other things, for the further development of the corporate strategy as well as for services and solutions for customers. Jürgen Stolz will take over the management of this area in his new function as Senior Vice President Business Transformation. Up to now, he has been responsible at Lekkerland for cooperation with the international mineral oil companies as well as with foodservice customers.

In addition, Lekkerland is bundling its activities in the customer channel filling station in one division. This will be headed by Philipp Pauly in his future function as Senior Vice President Energy Stations & Convenience Stores. He will take on this task in addition to his previous duties.

Stefan Punke will continue to be responsible for customers in the National Sales division. As before, this includes the customer channels Kiosk & C-Stores and Retail. In addition, as Senior Vice President National Sales & Organised Foodservice, he will take over responsibility for foodservice customers.

"In this formation we are optimally positioned to create and further develop outstanding solutions and offers for our customers with the combined strengths of Lekkerland and REWE Group and thus to further strengthen their competitiveness," says Patrick Steppe, CEO of Lekkerland SE.
