| 1960 | Signing of the foundation deed of LEKKERLAND Deutschland by 10 regional sweets wholesalers. |
| 1974 | Merger of three tobacco wholesalers in the North Rhine Westphalia area to form tobaccoland. |
| 1989 | Foundation of LEKKERLAND Europa Holding GmbH, Frechen, which now has holdings in nine European companies. |
| 1990 | Austria Tabak AG buys 49 per cent of the shares in tobaccoland. |
| 1991 | Merger of LEKKERLAND wholesalers pursuing the objective of creating five regional wholesale headquarters. Foundation of the LEKKERLAND International GmbH, Frechen. |
| 1994 | Austria Tabak AG raises its holding in tobaccoland to 80 per cent. |
| 1996 | LEKKERLAND merges with the SÜGRO specialist trading group. |
| 1997 | LEKKERLAND acquires 35 per cent of McLane España S.A., in which McLane International Inc., Temple, Texas, has an equal holding Austria Tabak takes over 100 per cent of the shares in tobaccoland. |
| 1999 | Merger of the two specialist wholesale companies LEKKERLAND and tobaccoland (wholesale, without vending machines) to form the convenience specialist LEKKERLAND- TOBACCOLAND GmbH & Co. KG, Frechen. The LEKKERLAND shareholders up to this time hold 74.9 per cent of the new company, Austria Tabak AG 25.1 per cent. In the course of this merger, the five LEKKERLAND regional headquarters, which had been independent as regards corporate law up to then, and LEKKERLAND Deutschland are put together to form a single company. |
| 2003 | Take-over of the 35 per cent holding of McLane International Inc., Temple, Texas, in McLane España and bundling in Gilden Holding (100 per cent subsidiary of LEKKERLAND Europa Holding), with the result that a 70 per cent holding now results. |
| 2004 | Acquisition of all the shares of LEKKERLAND Europa Holding by LEKKERLAND-TOBACCOLAND GmbH & Co. KG, Germany. Increase of the holding in LEKKERLAND Schweiz AG (Switzerland) from 50 to 100 per cent. |
| 2005 | LEKKERLAND-TOBACCOLAND GmbH & Co. KG changed name to Lekkerland GmbH & Co. KG and acquired majority shares of Lekkerland Hungary and Austria. |
| 2006 | Acquisition of all shares of romanian wholesaling company "Macromex Convenience" renamed Lekkerland Convenience Distributie SRL. Lekkerland and Fixmer form a joint venture in Luxembourg named Conway Fixmer sarl. Acquisition of Convenience-wholesaler MILO S.A. in Poland. |
