CORPORATE GOVERNANCE KODEX (CGK)

1. Preamble

Lekkerland AG & Co. KG has revised the Corporate Governance Code first signed on 21 June 2006. The Corporate Governance Code has been largely adapted to the version of the German Corporate Governance Code dated 6 June 2008.

We have adopted the German Corporate Governance Code drawn up for joint-stock companies listed on the stock exchange, and adapted its content to the legal form of Lekkerland AG & Co. KG. Nevertheless, if any individual regulations are not applicable to Lekkerland AG & Co. KG, they should be interpreted correspondingly.
