Highly motivated and well-qualified staff are the basis of our success. Besides technological innovations, optimisation of processes and the development of new business fields, it is primarily the people who make the difference.

In principle, we endeavour to fill key positions from within our own ranks. A precondition for this is a systematic programme of talent management. A central component of personnel development at Lekkerland is the annual employee appraisals, in which objectives, level of performance and development options are discussed between the employee and the responsible manager.

Training programmes for various target groups

In order to ensure needs-oriented as well as relevant, specialised further training, here at Lekkerland we have developed a focused range of training programmes. We also offer targeted development programmes for key personnel at various levels of the hierarchy. At regular talent conferences, we analyse and plan the career paths of our employees.

“Leadership” is a focal theme of our activities in the area of personnel development, for this is a central lever in the implementation of our corporate objectives. Following the motto “Success needs leadership”, we conduct various programmes, training courses and conferences, which are intended to contribute towards the continual development of the success factor of “leadership” at Lekkerland.
