Tasks
- Leadership management of the national and international sales responsibles to ensure high quality standards
- Development and implementation of corporate concepts with the goal of making full use of the market potential (e.g. by the use of corporate sales control systems, corporate contract management, and corporate quality standards in terms of best practice) as well as monitoring and documentation of these concepts
- Continuous national and international market and competitor analysis, et al. via close cooperation with sales responsibles
- Cost responsibility according to budget and earnings
- Development of international benchmarks in sales standards
Professional and personal qualifications
- Degree in business studies, or comparable qualification
- Several years of work experience, in similar function in an international sales department and leadership experience at comparable level are a plus
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English, good knowledge of written and spoken German will be helpful
- Intercultural competence
- Being able to think in concepts
- Entrepreneurial thinking
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Confident appearance and poise, assertive
- Communicative
- Highly motivated
- Resilient/able to work under pressure
